This week has felt like one of the longest ever. Even with not having work on Monday, there still seemed to be so much going on, and so much to do. By last night, I was pooped! All I wanted to do was sit in my sweats, watch tv, and go to bed. So, I did just that! Unfortunately though, I was also plagued by a sense of guilt.
I have become very attached to this blog and love sharing with those of you who take the time to read them. Having established a pattern of posting five days a weeks, I felt bad not having something prepared for today. Strangely enough though,when I went visited dailyinfographic.com this morning, I found this:
I had to laugh because of how relevant the topic was. With all that’s been going on, I have not really been sleeping, and this morning I woke up with a pounding headache. Taking a look at the infographic, it’s not hard to understand why! So, I encourage all of you to do what I did: read this carefully and then remember to take care of yourself!!! No matter what you’ve got going on, sleep IS important.
